SHIPPING FAQ

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Most orders should ship within 1-2 business days.  We're working our best to get the orders out but please allow for some extra time.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, we only ship domestically to the contiguous 48 states.

HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?

Free shipping applies to all U.S. mainland orders over $150 (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands). 

 

RETURN POLICIES

MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED. WAHT DO I DO? 

For damaged or lost shipments, please email oscar@propercareusa.com and include photos of damaged contents. 

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCTS?

All sales are final. If you'd like to return or exchange an item, we can do so only if the product is sealed and unused.  We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
